Subject: torque converter lockup

I finally got my Vortec FJ62 on the road last week. I am very
pleased with the power and drivability, but a little disappointed
with the fuel economy. The only problem I have noticed so far is
that the toruqe converter is not going into lockup, I think. When
the tranny shifts into 4th I don't get the ~200 RPM drop that is
usually associated with lock up. If indeed this is the problem,
where should I start to track down the problem? Here is a list of
what I have:
1999 350 Vortec ~ 500mi.
re-man 4L60E 2piece style
NP203 gear reduction box
1988 FJ62 t-case
Fuel Injection Specialty wiring harness
Computer by Ed Wright aka Fast Chips

Thanks for any help,
Eric
